Our Story+
Every engagement we've delivered, every system we've architected, every brand we've shaped — tells one continuous story. This is how we got here, and why we built it this way.
Let's Begin
Crafting Our Story.
We didn't start with a service menu. We started with a conviction — that business development, done properly, requires both an architect and an artist. One to map the system. One to shape how the world sees it.
The chapters below trace each track we've built. Not a portfolio of deliverables — a record of how we think, what we care about, and the standard we hold ourselves to.
The Home of Architecture.
Where every technology decision is traced back to a business goal — not a specification document. TOGAF-anchored. NORA-aligned. Vision 2030-aware.
Ahmed builds enterprise architectures in KSA grounded in TOGAF, ArchiMate, and NORA — translating a CIO's problem into a traceable decision tree a board can approve and a developer can implement. Every engagement produces a Business-to-Technology Alignment Matrix.
The Home of Identity.
Where a logo becomes a system, a system becomes a language, and a language becomes the thing clients recognize before they read a word.
Mustafa treats brand work as commercial work — every design decision either supports a revenue outcome or gets cut. The 4-act methodology (Discovery, Strategy, Concept, Refine) exists because skipping strategy gives you a logo, not a brand.
The Home of Healthcare.
Where clinical context is built in from day one — not briefed in on day one. CPHIMS. EMRAM. CBAHI. NORA. Not listed frameworks. Active credentials.
Healthcare IT is where a wrong decision costs most — a misaligned HIS costs $50K–$200K to exit. We operate inside the ecosystem: clinical workflow context in every technology recommendation, CBAHI-aware design in every visual decision.
The Home of Data.
Where operational data stops being a reporting burden and starts being the thing that tells leadership what to do next.
The problem is rarely the data — it's the distance between the data and the decision. We close it by building the right KPI framework first, then connecting the data, then making it visible in a format leadership can act on without a data team in the room.
The Home of Media.
Where the brand system meets the camera — and every frame has a strategic reason to exist. Directed. Scripted. Bilingual. Brand-aligned.
Media without direction is expensive content nobody remembers. Every production starts with a creative brief and a bilingual script — the message is designed before the camera turns on. Brand systems need to live in motion, not just in guidelines PDFs.
Hope you enjoyed
the journey.
Five tracks. Two founders. One shared discipline — that every engagement, regardless of category, must deliver a traceable business outcome. If you see your problem somewhere in these pages, let's talk.
Ahmed started building enterprise architectures in KSA at a time when most organizations were still treating IT as a support function. The gap he kept seeing: technology investment made without a business capability map. Tools bought. Integrations built. Nobody could explain why.
The answer was a methodology — not a framework. TOGAF provided the structure. ArchiMate gave it a visual language. NORA and Vision 2030 gave it regulatory context. But the real discipline was learning to translate a CIO's problem into a traceable decision tree that a board could approve and a developer could implement.
Every EA engagement we deliver produces the same artifact: a Business-to-Technology Alignment Matrix — so every stakeholder knows exactly why every decision was made, and exactly what it will cost to change it.
Mustafa didn't set out to be a brand designer. He set out to understand why some organizations are instantly trusted and others are ignored — regardless of their actual quality. The answer, every time, was the same: the brand either communicates credibility or it doesn't.
Five years as Media Director at Nile Pharma Food — building a brand identity from zero, launching a digital platform, and leading a full corporate rebrand — taught him that brand work is commercial work. Every design decision either supports a revenue outcome or it doesn't. The ones that don't get cut.
The 4-act methodology behind every engagement — Discovery, Strategy, Concept, Refine — exists because we've seen what happens when the strategy phase is skipped. You get a logo. You don't get a brand.
Healthcare IT is where the cost of a wrong decision is highest. A misaligned HIS costs $50,000–$200,000 to exit. An architecture that doesn't account for NORA integration fails at the MOH compliance gate. A clinic brand that doesn't communicate patient trust loses appointments before anyone picks up the phone.
We operate inside the healthcare ecosystem — not alongside it. Ahmed's CPHIMS certification and active HIMSS EMRAM assessment experience means clinical workflow context is built into every technology recommendation. Mustafa's CBAHI-aware design practice means every visual decision respects the regulatory environment.
The Healthcare vertical exists because neither discipline — architecture or identity — is enough on its own in a clinical context. Both have to work together, and they have to work to a standard most general studios don't know exists.
The pattern we encounter most often: an organization with data in five systems, reports being assembled manually every month, and leadership making decisions based on what the data showed three weeks ago. The problem isn't the data. The problem is the distance between the data and the decision.
Our analytics practice exists to close that distance. Not by building beautiful dashboards — by building the right KPI framework first, then connecting the data that feeds it, then making it visible in a format leadership can act on without a data team in the room.
For healthcare organizations, the CBAHI KPI library is included as standard. For every other sector, we define the KPIs that link operational performance to commercial outcomes — because a dashboard that tracks everything measures nothing.
Media production without direction is expensive content that nobody remembers. Mustafa's five years as Media Director at Nile Pharma Food — running photography, video, content campaigns, and social strategy simultaneously — produced one clear principle: the message has to be designed before the camera turns on.
Every production engagement starts with a creative brief and a bilingual script. The shot list, the location brief, the talent direction — all of it approved on paper before the first frame is captured. The result is content that works across platforms, in both languages, and looks the same as the brand identity it's supposed to represent.
The media track exists because brand systems need to live in motion, not just in guidelines PDFs. A brand that can't produce consistent visual content at scale is a brand that exists only on paper.
