Our systems don’t talk to each other
- Three vendors, no single owner
- Reports retyped by hand every month
- Every integration turns into a new project

The core discipline behind every engagement
We help organizations across MENA grow by aligning brand, technology, and data to business goals — through productized engagements with fixed scope and milestone-based delivery.
01STARTING POINT
Four situations we hear often. Each points to a first step with published scope and price — and if the cheapest fix is the right one, we say so.
02SELECTED WORK
Three systems built between 2024 and 2026: a multi-tenant pharmacy OS, an offline-first worship companion, and a pharmaceutical ERP with FEFO logic — all Arabic-first. The visuals below illustrate the documented scope; they are not product screenshots.
POS, inventory, prescriptions, finance and shifts in one platform — RTL-first Arabic interface.
Prayer times, Quran, adhkar, tasbih counter, Ramadan & Hajj tools — fully offline-first, bilingual.
The full sales cycle — FEFO stock allocation, consignment inventory, invoicing, collections and rep incentives.
Each case study states the engagement status, our role and what can be published. We don’t publish protected client material or unmeasured results.
03THE STUDIO
No hand-offs between vendors: the founder who owns the track leads the work, and a combined engagement is run by both under one contract.

05HOW WE WORK
Invoicing doesn’t start before the scope is written, and the scope never changes without a quote first. This is the same cycle on every engagement — from one call to the final file hand-over.
One call, then a written proposal: the outcome, the deliverables, the duration, the price range and what is explicitly out of scope.
Fixed-scope proposalDelivery runs in stages, each with a review and an acceptance gate. Any change request is quoted before it starts and never added to an invoice quietly.
Review at every gateSource files, code and documentation are released when the final milestone closes. No lock-in, no dependency holding your work hostage.
Files, code and documentation06INSIGHTS & RESOURCES
Articles built from real engagements, and books you can read in a free public preview — no sign-up, no payment.
Transformation isn’t a software purchase; it’s a change in the decision chain. Three questions that show whether your project is ready.
What decides the outcome isn’t feature count — it’s who owns the decision and when it is measured.
Distinction doesn’t come from the logo mark; it comes from a decision system that prevents sameness.
07PLATFORM
CanvasOne ERP — the full interactive proposal: modules, industries, the compliance checklist, the delivery timeline, a package builder and FAQ, with print-to-PDF.
Compliance claims and deployment regions in the proposal are pending product-owner approval before public release.
08NEXT STEP
Thirty minutes is enough for us to understand the context and say whether there is a shared project at all. You leave the call with a written first step — or an honest answer that we are not the right fit.
